Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful quiet getaway at this hotel, enjoying a King size suite with a cozy fireplace and jacuzzi. It was within walking distance to everything in Waterton, making it convenient for my stay. On the downside, the wifi was quite slow, and some areas seemed a bit outdated. Overall, the hotel offers great value compared to other locations like Banff or Jasper.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, particularly because the staff was very hospitable and the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms had a lot of amenities and were decent for a family, but the lack of a proper lounge area was a bit disappointing. The dining options were somewhat limited and overpriced for what was offered, which affected my overall experience. Overall, it was a good visit, but there's room for improvement.
Our stay at the resort was a pleasant experience, with its beautiful surroundings and clean rooms. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. However, the gym was closed for renovations, which was disappointing, and the dining options were somewhat limited in quality. Overall, a great place to unwind in nature, but a few aspects could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right in Waterton Lakes National Park and close to the visitor center and local eateries. The rooms were decent but could definitely be cleaner, with some issues like hair in the bathtub. The service was mostly great, but the staff’s response to an internet issue could use some improvement. Overall, I felt it was a fair value for the money given the convenience of being centrally located.
The hotel had a unique charm, but the overall condition could use some attention. The restaurant offered great food and a cozy atmosphere, which we thoroughly enjoyed. While our room was comfy, the outdated décor was a bit of a letdown. The AC issues were disappointing, especially in the heat, but the staff did their best to assist us during our stay.
